I can't speak highly enough about Handyman Roofing. The professionalism and continuous communication were impressive. We had a tricky situation with a flat roof on an addition. Several other companies just shook their heads and walked away when they came out. Clayton, Joe, and Randy never walked away and worked to find a viable solution. The crew put the plans in motion doing an amazing job repairing and reroofing the entire house. Randy and Ricky came everyday to check on things which was amazing.

As I said previously, the entire crew was professional (and timely), as well as willing to communicate throughout the entire process. this is not always true with companies today and Handyman needs to be applauded for their ethic. I would highly recommend Handyman Roofing and am incredibly thankful that they didn't walk away too.

Handyman Roofing was simply amazing. I had 2 roof repairs in the past 8 months by another company and during a recent storm water was pouring through the ceiling. The other company would not return my calls, and when reaching out to Handyman on a Sunday they had me scheduled right away. Not only were they responsive, friendly and on-time, their crew treated my property with respect and went beyond to protect the area and clean up daily. Great service by all.

From the initial call to the final inspection and payment, there were no surprises. This is a professionally run company with excellent roofing sales, installation, and support staff employees. I had a new roof installed and they used quality products ( Google research) and updated the roof base to meet new codes. The schedule was met and the mess was gone when they completed the work. This was the best roofing experience I have had in the Tampa Bay area.

I have observed Handyman installing new roofs on several homes in my neighborhood during the past four years. I knew that I would be needing one before long. Their neatness and professional workers impressed me. Recently I hired them for a complete new roof without even getting other bids. I definitely wanted a Handyman roof. I am very glad that I did! My neighbors are all commenting on my attractive new roof and asking "who did it?"

After meeting with many Tampa roofers, we selected Handyman Roofing to replace our tile roof. We chose Handyman because of their company's size, longevity and their company's extensive experience replacing tile roofs in the Tampa area including many of my Westchase neighbors. It was not an easy job for them as our home presented many challenges. I had no idea what a huge undertaking this was going to be. Joe, Randy, Jeff, Brian and the entire crew tackled each challenge with professionalism and the resulting product is a solid, great looking roof.

They weren't the lowest price; however, they didn't cut corners and took pride in making sure they were providing us with a top quality outcome. They are providing us with an exceptional warranty and we're happy we chose Handyman.

From the onset when the sales person Roger arrived he was very courteous and professional. Roger asked numerous questions, reviewed the leak stain from the interior of the house then proceeded to inspect the attic and identified the leak. He also took photos while in the attic and proceeded to explain how the water had traveled from the upstairs to our downstairs laundry room.

Noticed water streaks on ceiling after a bad windy storm. Called Handyman Roofing (neighbors recommended) and they came the next day to assess problem and provide an estimate. Work done before next rainy day. Workers were professional and did a good job replacing the ridge vent and surrounding area. So far so good - would use Handyman again.

Handyman roofing worked with me to get my business. Roger our estimator was right on top of things before the job was started. They were here on a Mon morning for an estimate and by the following Tues called to say they would start that Wed morning. The guys worked from 7:30am until the job was complete around 7pm. Brian the site supervisor was always giving me updates throughout the day. The clean up was amazing and we found no nails. Highly recommend!

This is an outstanding company, this is the second roof that I have had replaced and three of my family members have used this company over the last twenty years they are the only company that I would recommend. From the time of the estimate to the roof replacement was installed was under a ten day period and looks fantastic, the only company that I would trust to replace my roof.

Very pleased with all aspects, from the estimate to follow up. I was extremely surprised at how quickly they got me on the schedule and started the job. They were on time, worked hard, and did a thorough clean up. The project manager explained everything, including the extra work they needed to do because of rotted wood. They responded quickly to a few follow up questions I had. The roof has only been complete a few weeks, but so far, so good. And the price was very competitive.

It would be difficult to get any better than this, folks. A few weeks ago, I suddenly found myself in urgent need of a new roof. I mean, I had real holes up there and my record collection was in jeopardy. With the current roof having been put on by a contractor (who ended up cheating us big time, but that's another story) as part of massive renovations back in 2009/2010, I contacted Handyman since they had done work for me back in 1997 and again in 2003.

They still had me in their computer! I had an estimate within two days, and work began a couple of days later. The additional cost to replace rotted wood ( I know some people get upset about that, but to me it's just common sense) was extremely fair, as I knew what that roof had been through in recent years. The work was done in two days. Cleanup was awesome. They even cleaned up the gutters to perfection. It's a good feeling to not have to worry anymore about storms causing water damage. Thanks, guys! You're the best.

I had a small leak over my sons bedroom, and I called for a estimate. and they got right out there to give me the estimate. The price seemed reasonable. I asked a few friends what they thought. Although, I did not get another estimate. I just wanted to get it done. Did not want any more damage to my roof. The price was 1,400.00 they had to replace some damaged wood also.

I have not had any problems so far. They also took pictures per my request and sent them to me on my phone. So, I could see what they were doing. For the worked they had to do. I think the price seemed reasonable. They got there right away to do the roof, which I was very pleased about. So, no more damage could take Place. If I had more work to do on my roof, I would definitely call them again.

I received estimates from quite a few companies in the area before going with Handyman Roofing. To start, my initial visit from Bryce was extremely pleasant. He was on time, professional, informative and overall found the best solution for me. Pricing was extremely competitive to the other companies, the job went smooth and the work is quality. Overall, I couldn't be happier and would definitely use them in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for a new roof or repairs.

Bad customer service in my experience. I reached out to have some repairs done and apparently someone went out to the property to give a quote but I never heard anything back. I called the company to follow up and they said the workers had left for the day/weekend.

11 years ago they did my whole roof. Currently needing work I called them. Once.twice. 3rd time I finally get someone out here by rewording my request. They show up on a Wednesday I call Friday no estimate. Monday nothing Tuesday I call asking for owner or manager. Wouldn't you know it she didn't want to give me a owner or manager until I stated again who I wanted. Wouldn't you know it the guy who did my estimation was the one I was put on the phone with. A MANAGER.He had my proposal Thursday didn't call. Had 2 numbers to call. It was my fault though for being at the vet on the day of the estimate.

After a recommendation from my neighbor who had their roof replaced a year ago, I called Handyman Roofing when it came time to replace my roof. After getting several bids, I chose Handyman and have to say the process was more than satisfactory. From the supervisors to the estimator everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Handyman to anyone who needs roofing work.

Excellent roofers with honest, friendly workers. Brice came out, walked the roof and attic, and detected the leaks immediately. Due to prior faulty work, we decided to install a new roof and have the old rusted chimney cap replaced. Joe (the owner) came out to our home, also did an inspection, explained everything, and gave us a quote that was fair and reasonable. Kyle (the supervisor) checked in daily, even if workers weren't there due to inclement weather, to make sure everything was okay during the process and to see if we had any concerns.

He also made sure our lanai was protected and everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. He took it upon himself to do finishing touches that really made a difference. High quality materials were used and the roof looks amazing! They were quick, conscientious, and did a fantastic job!

I had my roof done by these clowns a couple of yrs ago! I called them manly for a flat roof add on bathroom and bedroom I was worried about, bedroom was sagging. They came gave me a price for what I thought was all of it! NO they kept adding and adding after they got permit and tore my roof off. The main guy on the project I kept asking are you working on back flat roof and he acted like he didn't speak English he just kept saying yes for everything.

Then one day I walked outside he was speaking perfect English on the phone all work was stopped. Then a nice truck pulls up we need more money, worse than what we thought! I payed about 4,000 all in all after they kept saying more money! And the flat roof that I was concerned about was never fixed I called bbb and they temp fixed it! So it's been two yrs and now I have to worry about getting it fixed again! Robed by this company!

Not a very honest company. They give you a free "estimate", but then keep coming back to your house, saying the roof is worse than they thought, and increasing the estimate until you threaten to find another roofer (this is complicated by the fact that they already paid the county for the permits to do the work). They originally gave us the free estimate of $925.

When they came back to actually do the work, they said it was worse than they thought and would actually cost four times more: $3,730. When they came back for a third time, they said it was even worse again and they would need to repair twice as much area or the work wouldn't be warrantied. So we told them we would find a new roofer. They apparently couldn't handle the thought of not getting our money, so they agreed to do all of the work for the second quoted amount of $3,730 and warranty all of it.

After that shiesty process was finally over, we had to argue about the contract because they refused to make it say the 10-year warranty applied to all of the work that was done. The quality of the work seems to be okay (it has been one month and it hasn't rained a whole lot but it doesn't appear to be leaking again yet). But it was a lot more effort than it should have been and I am pretty sure we got ripped off.
